Situated on the First and Second Floor each room features a pair of leather armchairs and table in the bay window, the perfect place to sit and admire the Best View in Scarborough.
The rooms are decorated in light, neutral tones, warm soft furnishings, solid oak bedroom furniture and touch bedside lamps. The Premier Sea View Family Room has a double bed and single bed, making it a versatile option for families, couples and twin guests. The Sea View Family Room is situated on the third floor and has a double bed and single bed with twin aspect windows overlooking the magnificent North Bay.
The room has a small seating area for two guests with leather chairs and is decorated in light, neutral tones, warm soft furnishings, solid oak bedroom furniture and touch bedside lamps.

The largest Family Suite is light & airy with high ceilings and is located on the First Floor at The Rockside. The Family Suite is ever popular with returning guests. The spacious master bedroom has a double bed and a seating area for two guests with an en Suite shower/wc room, fully tiled with modern white, chrome & glass fittings. The connecting door leads from the master bedroom into an adjoining room with Double Bed & Single Bed. The adjoining room has a wash hand basin. The Suite is decorated in light neutral tones, warm soft furnishings, solid pine furniture and bedside touch lamps.

Two Room Family Suite (2+2)
Situated on the Third Floor at The Rockside, the popular Two Room Family Suite comprises a spacious master Double bedroom with seating area for two guests. A connecting door leads from the master bedroom into a small adjoining Double bedroom. The modern, en Suite family bathroom with bath, shower over and wc is accessed from the smaller adjoining room. The room is ideal for families of 2 adults and 2 children. The family suite is not suitable for 4 adults sharing.
